I will talk about how we operate the product listing of the US TikTok Shopping shopping cart in the Shopify background
Before that, I want to talk about the current misunderstandings about the TIKTOK shopping cart in the United States!
The shopping cart function of TikTok Shopping in the United States is not a TikTok Shop!
Why do you say that?
Because the US TikTok shopping cart function can only hang video carts, not live broadcast carts!
This should be the way bytes are testing outbound shopping in addition to the internal store function
All our products need to be uploaded through the backstage of the store, and users can shop directly inside the app without opening another app.
At present, Shopify is playing an intermediate role. You can directly open the shopping cart in the TikTok app to place an order without jumping.
Well, that’s it for the digression, let’s move on to our topic today, when one of our Shopify stores has the US TikTok Shopping function, how do we operate our own products in the background and put them on the TikTok account, which is mainly divided into four steps:
1. Shopify connects its own TikTok account in the background
2. Shopify adds TikTok sales channels for products behind the scenes
3. Select the products you want to display on your TikTok account
4. Publish video and add shopping cart to publish

Enter the Shopify background, find TIKTOK in the list of sales channels on the left menu, enter the settings interface, click connect account in the TikTok account, a small window will pop up for you to log in to your TikTok account, Enter the TikTok you want to bind to for login.
(B) Shopify backstage to add products to TikTok sales channels
After binding our TikTok account, we need to add TikTok to the product sales channel of our independent website products. Normally, our independent website sales channel is only the “online store” of our own domain name, so we need to enter the products in the background. Manage, bulk select the products you want to sell on TikTok, click Other Actions – Add Available Channels.
After clicking “Add Available Channels”, a small box will pop up for selection. We tick the option of TikTok, and then click “Product Listing” in the lower right corner.
After adding TikTok’s sales channels, it will enter the review stage after submission. After about 1-2 hours, we can see the current product review status on the TikTok channel on the independent station.
(C) Select the products you want to display on your TikTok account
After the product review is passed, we re-enter the TikTok channel in the Shopify background, find the management store corresponding to TikTok Shopping, and enter the management product.
Clicking “Manage Store” will jump to the background interface of our bound TikTok ads account. After we select “Products” in the left menu bar, we can select the product list on the right that we want to display on TikTok for shopping. For car products, just turn on the switch in front of the corresponding product.
In addition to adding products in the Shopify background as mentioned above, we can also add products in the bound TikTok account

We normally click the plus sign of the TikTok App to upload the video. When it comes to the last step, we click “Add Link” below, then select “Product”, then select the product we want to add. Click “Add” to complete the shopping cart of the corresponding Product of this video
